Topper Oven offers a cooking capacity of 57 10-12 oz. potatoes
with storage for a further 60 cooked, ready to serve potatoes
in the warming compartment. The Topper Base oven has the same
cooking facility and can be fitted beneath, to double your cooking
capacity. Taking up the minimum counter space, these ovens are
fan assisted; designed for flexibility they are ideal for use
in smaller catering organisations.
